Is a refresh much faster than a new layout?
Generally, yes. With no plumbing or wall moves, there is less rough-in work, so the kitchen is out of service for a shorter stretch. We give expected durations for both in the scope.
Can I keep my cabinets and change the counters?
If the boxes are solid and level, yes. We check them at the walkthrough, since new stone counters need a sound, level base.
Can you add an island without moving the sink?
Often. A dry island with just outlets is much simpler than one with a sink. We confirm what the floor and circuits allow before pricing it.
Will you price two options?
Yes, if you ask. We write a refresh scope and a layout-change scope so you can compare them side by side.
