It depends on the scope. A finish swap on the same layout is the shortest; moving plumbing or opening a wall adds time. Your written scope gives the expected window before work starts.
Can we stay in the house during the work?
Most clients do. We set up the work area so the rest of the house stays usable, and we tell you which days are loud or have water off.
Which appliances can we keep using?
Usually the fridge can move to another room and stay plugged in. We talk through a temporary setup before demolition so you are not caught short.
What hours does the crew work?
We agree on working hours before the job starts and keep to them, so you can plan around the noisy parts of the day.
