Start with how the room gets used
Most kitchen complaints are about workflow, not looks: not enough drawers near the range, a corner cabinet nobody can reach, two people bumping at the sink. At the walkthrough we ask what you reach for most, where it lives now, and who cooks at the same time.
Those answers shape the cabinet plan before anyone talks about finishes. If you are still deciding how much to change, the kitchen planning guide helps sort priorities.
Layout, surfaces, and rough-in scoped together — before demo begins.

Kitchen with new cabinet storage and counters
Project Types
Storage and layout fixes we build
These are the changes that make a kitchen easier to work in.
Drawers where cabinets were
Swapping base cabinet doors for deep drawers puts pots and dishes within reach. It usually fits the existing footprint.
Pantry and tall storage
A pantry run or tall cabinets can replace scattered upper storage, sometimes by borrowing wall space from an adjacent area.
Islands and walkways
An island adds prep and seating space but needs clear walkways around it. We check clearances before recommending one.

Our Process
Planning the layout, then building it
Layout is settled before materials are ordered.
Map how you cook
We measure, note what you use and where, and draft a cabinet plan with the plumbing and electrical it needs.
Rough-in for the new plan
Selective demolition, then plumbing and electrical moved to match the new layout, with nearby rooms protected.
Cabinets, counters, finishes
Cabinets and hardware go in, counters are templated and set, then tile, lighting, paint, and a punch-list walkthrough.

One team plans the layout and builds it.

Kitchen Questions
Layout and storage questions
Common questions about cabinets, islands, and making the room work.
How much space does an island need?
It needs enough walkway around it for doors, drawers, and people to pass. We measure and check those clearances before suggesting an island, because a cramped one makes the kitchen harder to use.
Are drawers better than lower cabinets?
For pots, pans, and dishes, usually yes, because you can see and reach everything. We mix drawers and doors depending on what you store.
Can you fix a dead corner cabinet?
Usually. Corner pull-outs, drawers that reach into the corner, or simply closing it off are all options, and we price whichever fits your plan.
Will a new layout need new plumbing?
Only if the sink or dishwasher moves. Keeping them in place keeps rough-in small. We show you the tradeoff at the walkthrough.
